Position Overview:

We are looking for someone who is a SALES HUNTER and GOAL ORIENTED, with a drive to exceed targets and grow our client base.

As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing expert insurance advice, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring that clients receive the best possible insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing them to our insurance products and services.
  • Handle new insurance applications, policy renewals, and policy changes with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of hot leads for future sales opportunities.
  • Analyze customer accounts to recommend the most appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Must-Haves
  • Valid Georgia Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License Proven experience in sales, insurance and customer service roles.
  • Strong background in sales.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the determination to exceed sales targets. Ideal Requirements

Pay: $50,000.00 - $77,643.00 per year
